Summer enrollments are conducted by appointment only. Please make note of the items required for enrollment and when ready, contact the registrar's office at 469-948-2518 to schedule an appointment.

During the regular school year, enrollments and withdrawals are conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily. Please make note of the items required for enrollment before coming in to enroll.

To withdraw a student, please make sure you have the student's textbooks with you at the time of withdrawal. Advanced notice of withdrawal is beneficial and can save time for the student and parent.

Current and Former Students

Need to Request a Transcript?

Please provide the following information:

  • Name at the time of graduation
  • Date, or year, of graduation
  • Date of Birth
  • Institution/Organization where you would like the transcript mailed

Official transcripts may only be mailed to a college, university, or institution, and cannot be mailed directly to a student; however, you may request a copy of your transcript be mailed to you at any time.

If you finished your coursework at the Lewisville Learning Center, please indicate so in your request. This will expedite locating your records.

ITEMS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT

  • Withdrawal Form From Previous School
  • Immunization Record
  • Social Security Card/Birth Certificate
  • Copy Of Parent/Guardian Driver’s Licence
  • Proof Of Residency (Gas, Electric, Water, Lease Or Deed)
  • Transcript of all high school credits earned
  • If new to 9th grade, verification of promotion from 8th grade is required (i.e. 8th grade graduation certificate, final report card or statement from the school indicating promotion

ENROLLMENT WILL NOT BE COMMENDED UNLESS
ALL INFORMATION LISTED ABOVE IS PROVIDED
