Summer Workout Explanation Letter
2025 TCHS Summer Strength Camp Female athlete's workout 10:30-11:15 AM and male (non-football athletes) workout 8:45-9:45. If you participate in these workouts, you will not have to send in weekly videos/photos for 6-10. You only have to take a selfie with a coach that shows the time and date in the photo.
2025 Summer boot camp at Tumble HQ*If you participate in this, you will not send in videos/photos for 1 and 6-10. You will take a photo with the group that attended on the days you attend with the time and date in the photo.
